We have applied the following hot fix:

• We corrected a data issues with the effects of a Packmaster ability. Please re-patch your client if you have encountered this problem.

Update 11:00AM EST: All servers, including Badlands, are back online with version 1.4.5a.

We will be bringing all North American and European servers offline tomorrow, March 7, at 8:00 AM EST (14:00 CET) for the deployment of Game Update 1.4.5a and a hardware maintenance on Badlands.

At this time we anticipate that the European servers will be back online no later than 1:00 PM EST (19:00 CET).

Badlands is expected to be back online no later than 4:00 PM EST (22:00 CET).

This weekend’s warfront is open for battle. The scenario ‘Twisting Towers’ is available for all tiers.
Battle for control over both the Atrium and the Loft to secure the tower and kill who ever stands in your way.

'Twisted Tactics' is now live and will continue until Monday, 03/05.

We have temporarily disabled the RP Relic Bonus rewards due to an error in how the bonus is calculated.
The RP Relic Bonus rewards will be reinstated with version 1.4.5a, when calculation fixes, and other enhancements, go live.

Update: The issue has been resolved and you should now receive your codes again.

This weekend’s warfront is open for battle. The scenario ‘Dragon’s Bane’ is available for all tiers.
Capture the locations and deliver the Black Dragon or Sun Dragon Beacons to the capture locations to call down aid from above!

'Bane of Peace' is now live and will continue until Monday, 02/27.

With our feet firmly planted in the new year, a new patch out the door, the live event active on the servers, and our thoughts on the future, it seems a good time to take a moment to detail some of those thoughts and plans for Warhammer Online in an open letter to the community.

We have applied the following hot fix to all servers:

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue preventing siege from being able to be deployed from the Badmoon Hold keep in Black Crag.

We have improved the way to contact our Billing Support for Warhammer Online. If you have a problem that you need help with you can either email support@warhammeronline.com, or visit help.ea.com. This website offers you a form to make sure that all necessary information get to our billing advisors.
If you are based in the US, this website allows you to leave your phone number for us to call you back. We are actively pursuing expanding phone support outside the US.

To use help.ea.com, login with your EA Account and click on ‘Talk to a Game Advisor’ on the right side of the page. On the following page please enter:

1. Enter Warhammer Online as the product
2. Select “Billing/Purchasing” as the category
3. Select either PC or Mac as your platform
4. Select the contact option and enter your details
